"I got rope," Richard chimed in, rifling through his pack to do a quick last minute check of his supplies. "Rope, lots of water, flint and oil, I can make up a torch if we need one."
He was fairly old hat at venturing into the unknown, at this point, and in his mind was tagging along to watch out for everyone. He'd also brought the Sword of Truth, because he was never without it; the guns that were apparently the weapon of choice for this setting were just odd to him, odd and loud and kind of smelly. He preferred his sword.
He shielded his eyes from the sun and squinted towards their ultimate destination. "Ghosts, huh?"
